In this special workshop designed to enhance your sleep, we will bring together the modalities of Yoga, Aromatherapy and Sound to lay the foundations for a deep and restful night sleep.
What to expect :
Yoga : As part of her work as a Yoga Therapist, Rhyanne has been working with clients to improve their sleep over the past 3 years. Rhyanne draws upon the most recent research around sleep and in this workshop you will hear some of the science behind why specific yogic practices can enhance our quality of sleep. Expect slow stretchy mindful-movement, working with the breath as a key component to anchor the mind.
Aromatherapy: Intro Roman Chamomile and how you will use it
