Come along for a morning of playful yoga, mindful movement, and calming breathwork, all designed for grown-ups and children to enjoy side-by-side.
You’ll stretch, move, and breathe as a family in ways that feel joyful, accessible, and grounding - building simple shared rituals that support well-being long after the morning ends.

Sessions:
We will be hosting 2 sessions;
Morning for 4-8 year olds | 10:30am - 11:45am
Afternoon for 9-12 year olds | 12:15pm - 1:30pm
No yoga experience needed - just come as you are!
