A special collaboration of two disciplines, fused together to take you on a journey of deep rest and relaxation. You will be lead through a therapeutic yoga practise which will first support you in harnessing awareness of the body, mind and breath, in order for an unravelling of tension to arise naturally as you move through flowing sequences on the mat. You will then experience the subtle frequencies of the Alchemy Crystal bowls lead by Claire. All you have to do is lie down, get comfortable and allow the sounds of the crystal bowls to bring you to a place of inner peace and harmony.

Claire Marie Guckian is an intuitive energy and sound healer and certified medical intuitive. She works with the alchemy crystal bowls to create a powerful space to bring you into alignment while also experiencing a deeply nourishing, restorative and relaxing journey through sound. The bowls work with the energy of the room so that each person receives exactly what they need in that moment to help each individual find inner peace and balance within. Everyone experiences the bowls differently and it is best to come with an open heart and mind, and without expectation.
