What is the Sleep Sanctuary?
The SLEEP SANCTUARY was born in the middle of lockdown, in response to many of my students experiencing trouble with their sleep.
I started a weekly zoom class including all of the yogic practices I know have a powerful impact on sleep. I was receiving emails and messages about how well people were sleeping after these sessions.
I spent many weeks researching, reading articles and reports and studies into sleep. And combined this with my knowledge as a Yoga Therapist to create the SLEEP SANCTUARY experience.

As a Sleep Sanctuary member you have unlimited access to a private library of yoga practices, asana, breath work, meditation and yoga Nidra, designed to slot perfectly into your evening with whatever time you have available around your life and commitments. Classes ranging from as little as 5 mins, to 60 minutes in length.
Once you become a member of the Sleep Sanctuary, you will receive a unique password to access the members only area of my website, where you will find all of the videos ready and waiting for you.
