THERAPEuTIC YOGA
Thursday’s at 10am
EPPING GOLF CLUB
The only yoga therapy class (taught by a certified Yoga Therapist) in Epping. This is not a general yoga class — it’s a specialist practice designed to support those navigating the physical and emotional changes that can come with aging, health conditions, or injury recovery.
Expect evidence-informed movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to promote strength, mobility, balance, and emotional resilience. Each session is carefully adapted to the group’s needs — making it especially suitable for people living with or recovering from:
Arthritis or joint pain / Chronic back pain / Osteoporosis / Chronic Fatigue / Anxiety Stress or Burnout / Cancer / Age related changes in strength, balance and coordination
Whether you’re managing a long-term health condition, returning to movement after illness or injury, or simply looking for a gentle but effective way to stay active, independent, and keep well as you age, this class is designed for you !
Unlike typical yoga classes, yoga therapy works from a clinical perspective — understanding the body and nervous system as an integrated whole. You’ll learn to move in ways that are safe, functional, and sustainable, while developing tools to support your well-being both on and off the mat.
This class is welcoming, inclusive, and free from judgment. You won’t be expected to get into uncomfortable shapes or keep up with a fast sequence — instead, you’ll be guided to explore what’s right for your body on that day, with options for seated, standing, or supported movement.
🧘♀️ No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to listen to your body.
💛 Class sizes are small, so you’ll receive individual attention in a safe, calm environment.
📍 Ideal for students over 50 and anyone looking to use yoga as part of a proactive, long-term approach to health and longevity.
THE RESET SPACE
“YOGA FOR TIRED BODIES & MINDS”
Thursday’s at 7:45pm
What is The Reset Space?
Not your average weekly, flow class.
This is a therapeutic, flow-style yoga practice designed for real life — especially useful for commuters, caregivers, professionals, and anyone carrying the invisible weight of stress, schedules, or responsibility.
It’s a space for those who feel drawn to coming to a weekly yoga class, but do not imagine they will make it through the whole class with the energy they have left after a long day.
The Reset Space offers you exactly what is says. A yoga practice that doesn’t ask more of you — it gives back to you and provides you with a regular space to restore your energy.
You don’t need to arrive energised and ready to move.
You just need to arrive, as you are.
What makes it different?
The Reset Space is a carefully and thoughtfully designed experience. Delivered by a qualified Yoga Therapist, both the structure of the class and the practices that you will be guided through have been specifically selected for their positive affect on the nervous system.
While many classes aim to support the nervous system, Rhyanne’s approach is distinct. Her method combines dynamic, flowing movement alongside intentional pauses, — allowing the body to experience challenge without tipping into overwhelm. Deep rest and breathwork support a recalibration of the inner systems, developing greater resilience and tolerance to stress. Your body will feel physically stronger, more supple, but its the work that is happening on the inside which sets this class apart from other flow practices.
What to expect?
Somatic practices to reconnect you to your body
Self-inquiry rooted in therapeutic wisdom
compassionate curiosity
Deep rest for nervous system recovery
Inner listening and breath-led movement
The focus is on meeting yourself more fully within the practice, so you can re-enter your life with more presence, clarity and calm, feeling more like yourself again.
💡 Class sizes are intentionally small, so you’ll be seen, supported, and never just another mat in the room.
💛 All are welcome
