Friday night yoga - the best way to start your weekend!
This workshop is the perfect combination of movement and rest. We begin with active vinyasa flow sequences to build heat, and get energy moving through the body. The second half of the class, uses slower restorative postures to encourage rest and balance the nervous system. We finish with breathwork and a 20 minute Yoga Nidra practise.
