MINDFUL MOVEMENT: Mindful movement is what best describes my personal teaching method and a style that I have developed over my years of teaching. Mindful movement is the art of blending physical yoga postures alongside mindfulness practises in order to facilitate a greater connection to the body, mind and breath. This style emerged from long-term personal practise and exploration, and is what makes classes with Living Yoga different.

All of my classes are suitable for beginners. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a health form.
